      1. Proposed title of this feature request

Changing data directory for containerd to another disk drive that C drive on windows.

      2. What is the nature and description of the request?

C: drive is operating system drive.

As per the current configuration, containerd service is installed on C: drive.

This creates two folder on C: drive --> k and var.

Currently the workload images  are pulled on C: drive.

The risk here is that downloading images on C: drive could lead to  run out of space if more microsoft images are pulled.

Need a way to containerd to other disk drive say D: drive?

      3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

This will help to manage windows workload and windows nodes in better manner

      4. List any affected packages or components.
