OpenShift Dev Console: Support GitEA in Import from Git flow

2. What is the nature and description of the request?
The OpenShift Developer Console supports an easy way to import source code from a Git repository and automatically creates a BuildConfig or a Pipeline for the user.

This works fine with the three major Git providers

1. GitHub
2. GitLab
3. BitBucket

The Developer Console should also support GitEA as a fourth Git provider.

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)
GitEA is an open-source alternative to GitHub, similar to GitLab. Customers who use or try GitEA will see warnings while importing their Git repository.

2. Optional: OpenShift Developer Console > Create Pipeline as Code repository flow (The developer console automatically creates a Webhook when creating a PaC repository.)
