Support for S3 sinks in Vector

2. What is the nature and description of the request?

Customers want to ship logs to S3 storage for long-term storage. This is especially important for log types such as audit logs or certain platform logs.

This RFE requests that S3 storage (ideally with STS support) can be added as a log output / Vector sink in "ClusterLogForwarder". The same request has already been opened in LOG-4290 by the ACS Cloud Service team.

Storing long-term log data in object storage allows customers to meet their regulatory requirement using the built-in Logging stack
