Offer Group Sync Operator as part of OpenShift Container Platform Subscription and support/maintain it

2. What is the nature and description of the request?
Group Sync Operator is widely used and adopted and often even recommended by Red Hat Engineering and Product Management to address potential short comings in OpenShift Container Platform 4. Given that this seems such an important and strategic project, it should be considered to be productized and made available via OpenShift Container Platform - Subscription so customer can get support and have it maintained (hence also some guarantee to have it around and working for the life-time needed).

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)
OpenShift Container Platform is still lacking some specific functionality to sync groups from directory services to improve the overall RBAC on OpenShift Container Platform 4 - Clusters. The Group Sync Operator closes those gaps, is developed and maintained by Red Hat CoP and recommended by Red Hat Engineering and Product Management in various circumstances. Yet customers are always a bit hesitant to use the project as there is no guarantee for it to work, for fixes to be applied and thus to receive support and updates if and where needed.

Having it covered via OpenShift Container Platform - Subscription would improve the experience and also prevent discussions from using it as it's officially maintained and offered product of OpenShift Container Platform.
