General support of WASM in OpenShift Dev Sandbox platform

      Description of problem:

      Dev Sandbox Cluster doesnot allow users to run WASM containers

      Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

      4.12.0

      How reproducible:

      Always

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. In Dev Sandbox UI navigate to the Add Page.
      2. Select the Container Images tab
      3. Type the following as Image Name: docker.io/wasmedge/example-wasi:latest
      4. Click on Create button
      5. Go to the Topology Page and select the Application.
      6. On the Right Sidebar, click on the "View Logs" link beside the running Pod.
      

      Actual results:

      The log shows the following error:
      exec /wasi_example_main.wasm: exec format error
      Also the Pod gets into CrashLoopBackOff State

      Expected results:

      The Pod must not show any issues in logs and should be in running state
