1. Proposed title of this feature request
Add tradition Chinese language support for OpenShift Console
2. What is the nature and description of the request?
China uses simplified Chinese, but Taiwan use traditional Chinese. These two are highly compatible but not exactly the same.
Currently OpenShift only support simplified Chinese. But users and customers in Taiwan will need traditional Chinese.
3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)
Terminology are different between Taiwan and China. Simplified Chinese wording may be confused for Taiwan people. This will have negative impact for OpenShift user experience.
Taiwan and China have long-term political issues. Some customers ( especially the Government) will have concern about using simplified Chinese.
Not every user/customer in Taiwan is good at English. So they may rely more on traditional Chinese support.
