RESTEasy needs the context-param "javax.ws.rs.Application" in web.xml to determine the Application class for specifying resources and providers.

However, the spec says in chapter 2:
"The application-supplied subclass of Application is identied using an init-param with a param-name of javax.ws.rs.Application."
