SAML2 IDP initiated single signon with a SP configured with an IDP Chooser doesn't work.

After user gets authenticated to IDP, IDP sends a SAMLResponse to the SP that should allow user to connect directly

Rather than connecting the user, the account chooser page is sent back to the user.
