Steps to Reproduce:

Using EAP 6.3 CP3 and a snapshot build of picketlink 2.7 (28-nov-2014)
A standard sp and idp

The sp web.xml has a short session timeout and the page where we land after login has a link that call http://server/sp/?GLO=true

After waiting until the session has timed out, click that link.

On the server log we get:

15:16:47,640 ERROR [org.picketlink.common] (http-orac.usersys.redhat.com/10.36.6.144:8080-1) Falling back on local Form Authentication if available

In the browser the URL is unchanged (... GLO=true) but we are send to the login error page

Logged into an sp successfully, and let the session expire. Then click on a link with GLO=true and we see:

In the browser we are send to the sp's error page
