Identity Management - Providing custom configuration documentation improvement

Very important sentence was found in PicketLink documentation, i.e. "Another important thing when producing your own PartitionManager is that you must manually create the partitions before start producing IdentityManager instances (eg.: the default partition)." in Providing a Custom Configuration chapter. This piece of information is important because if user misses it they would get cryptic "PLIDM000406: Partition [class org.picketlink.idm.model.basic.Realm] not found with the given name [default]." in the server log. Would it be possible to highlight it in the documentation?
