Identity.hasPermission(class, identifier) does not work with a JPA store

Identity.hasPermission(Class, Serializable, String) does not work with a JPA IdentityStore. The cause appears to be the method org.picketlink.idm.permission.acl.spi.PersistentPermissionVoter.hasPermission(IdentityType, Class, Serializable, String), which is unimplemented.
