Quickstart using HTML5 + Bootstrap + AngularJS + REST

Create a quickstart to demonstrate how to use PicketLink with HTML5 + AngularJS + REST application.

This application must also provide some background about the following PicketLink features:

• Stateless authentication
• Token-based authentication using PicketLink JSON
• Usage of JWS tokens
• Custom Credential Type/Handler to store token-based credentials
• Custom IdentityType integrated with the application's entity model
• RBAC authorization to REST endpoints using Security Annotations
