optaplanner version 7.74.0 needed for kie-server-client

When including kie-server-client 7.74.0 in my project I get compilation errors

org.optaplanner:optaplanner-bom:pom:7.74.0.Final was not found in https://repo1.uhc.com/artifactory/libs-releases during a previous attempt. This failure was cached in the local repository and resolution is not reattempted until the update interval of central has elapsed or updates are forced

Checked that the tag 7.74.0 is not available in

https://github.com/kiegroup/optaplanner
