Pipelines: Deploy jobs should deploy locally and then push to Nexus

That should save some time.

For now we deploy directly in nightlies to the repository with `mvn deploy` command. We should first deploy locally on the node and then upload all artifacts to Nexus.

This is done for the release before stating, so we may reuse stage from there.
