Make PlannerBenchmarkFactory to use Kie containers

In contrast to the SolverFactory API, which supports creating its instances using KieContainer (and kjars) as a source of score rules, the PlannerBenchmarkFactory does not support this option.

The goal is to make these two APIs more similar to each other and to provide a way of loading kjars into optaplanner-benchmark
