The drop-off rates in the first step are very high due to the cumbersome prerequisites and account association.

Requirements 

• There should be an option for users to use the CLI instructions to create a rosa cluster instead of the UI.
• At any point, users could switch back to the wizard and continue working without losing their entered data.
• Provide an explanation about when and why using each one of the option
