Service port name should be <protocol>-<suffix> in service mesh v2 so services can be monitored on Kiali

Service port name should be <protocol>-<suffix> in service mesh v2 so services can be monitored on kiali.

2. What is the nature and description of the request?
By default when deploying apps, service port name will be <suffix>-<protocol>. In service mesh v2 with that convention name format, kiali cannot monitored
those service. Meanwhile in service mesh v1, eventhough the format of service port name <suffix>-<protocol>, kiali still be able to monitor the services.

3. Why would you like this alteration?
We need the service port name be <protocol>-<suffix> by default when deploying application, so the services wil be monitored by kiali in service mesh v2 without need to manually changing the service port name one by one.

4. How would you like to achieve this?
We want the service port name being <protocol>-<suffix> by default when deploying application.
