When we have maistra 2.6 downstream builds available, we need to also get kiali builds created from branch targeting OSSM 2.6. This branch will be created with delay after maistra 2.6. For that period, we have https://issues.redhat.com/browse/OSSM-4652

This ticket is to use proper kiali build when available.

AC:

• downstream pipeline is automatically triggered for each new maistra 2.6 or kiali <futureVersion> downstream build
• kiali tests from <futureVersion> branch should be used
• maistra tests for 2.6 should be used
