Define interop test group

    Description

      We don't want to run all test cases in the interop pipeline.
      We need to define which tests make sense to run there.
      Originally there was 1h time constrain for running all interop tests. TODO: might be change after migration to OpenShift CI

      AC:

      • there is an interop test group for kiali integration tests
      • there is an interop test group for kiali cypress tests
      • there is an interop test group for maistra tests (maistra test tool)
      • it is possible to easily run only interop test group by providing some parameter when starting the tests
