Similar to what was done with annotations in MAISTRA-1744, copying labels should be supported as well.
Certain features, like Router Sharding rely on the presence of specific labels.
So, the user should be able to add such labels on the Gateway metadata and have them propagated to the created routes.
Acceptance Criteria:
- labels from Istio Gateway resources are copied to their IOR Routes
- create OSSMDOCS issue that explains usage of annotation/label copying (extending the existing docs for annotations)
