Validated Architecture 1 [1] should have glance image conversion [2] enabled so that when a customer uploads a qcow2 image it is converted into raw format so that Ceph can be used more efficiently (e.g. Nova or Cinder will make a shallow copy and point to the original image in glance which is faster on boot and uses less space).

After it's been tested send a PR to update stage6 [3].
