openshift-java-client: increase timeouts when running integration tests in CI

    Description

      The integration tests for the openshift-java-client, that are run on the jenkins instance, fail on a regular basis due to timeouts when communicating with the OpenShift platform.

      Having tests failing because of timeouts produces false positives and we should fix this.
