openshift-java-client: EnvironmentVariableResource#destroy will not remove the variable from the containing application

      In openshift-java-client 2.5.0.Final if you do

      IEnvironmentVariable variable = application.getEnvironmentVariable("myVar");
variable.destroy()

      The variable is not removed from the application that contains it.
