openshift-java-client: remove typed cartridge types

    Description

      There are typed cartridge type classes that were introduced in the legacy client and taken over to the new RESTful client:

      • JBossCartridge
      • JenkinsCartridge
      • NodeJSCartridge
      • RubyCartridge

      They are not used and turn out to be a bad design idea. We should stick to the generic ICartridge/Cartridge type.
