openshift-java-client: create switchyard cartridge selector

    Description

      LatestVersionOf allows users of the library to get the latest version of specific (embeddable) cartridges. We currently have selectors for jbosseap, jbossas, jbossews, php etc. We're currently missing a selector for switchyard.
