Changing the title of a page doesn't update the URL

If I update the title of a page, the human readable URL is not updated.
For example, I would like to change the URL of this page
http://community.jboss.org/wiki/SetupNotesforNexus171
to
http://community.jboss.org/wiki/UpgradeNotesforNexus171

Is there a way to change this URL?
