Design "Sponsors" paragraph for projects

Create a standard paragraph for "sponsors". The paragraph should give the ability for the project lead to select from pre existing sponsors (image and text) as well as have the ability to add new sponsors. Adding new sponsors would involve uploading a logo (they system may need to resize image) and add text for description. Image link destinations are to be determined. They could either be standard to a sponsors page in magnolia or user definable.
