We need a paragraph for the project banner. I've also replaced the usual banner html with the html that will display when someone has successfully uploaded their own (skillfully created) banner here: http://10.16.93.207:8080/federatedesigner.html?mgnlCK=1234224221280&mgnlIntercept=PREVIEW&mgnlPreview=true

• This paragraph dialogue will need an input field for entering the project logo text which gets wrapped in an h2, and then the h2 gets wrapped in the div id="proj_logo".
• Underneath this, in the same dialogue, we need an input field for entering the project tagline text which wraps this in the div id="proj_tagline"
• Then BOTH of these divs should then get wrapped in the div id "proj_announce".

• Underneath both of those fields, we need an "upload an image" field with a "browse" button where you have the option of adding an image of the whole banner (background + logo + tagline), (which gets wrapped in a div called id="proj_announce-whole" and replaces the id="proj_announce").
