moving discussion between spaces - allow to add a comment

It would be usefull to allow comment addition during discussion moving between spaces. Comment entered - should be added to thread itself.

Example - a few times in a day I need to move some threads from "RichFaces Development" to "RichFaces" space as them just not related to actual development. And I'm adding a comment for the author about movement reason. Now it requires two operations. Reply and then move.
