Linking from jboss.org to "Community" tab (when linking to Clearspace) on IE6 shows the following dialogue pop-up:

IEPNGFix: Children of positioned element are unclickable:
<DIV id=sub_nav>

and then another popup:
IEPNGFix: Children of positioned element are unclickable:
<DIV id=jive_userbar>

This then prevents one from navigating the sub menu (Overview, Community, User Groups, Events, etc.)

We need to remove the conditional statement:

This statement is not working in Magnolia, and creates no errors there, so until we can get Magnolia to read conditional statements, let's remove it from Clearspace to fix this bug and let people live with the semi-transparent png's in IE6 if it lets them navigate the site
