Change the URL for avatar in sso server's logininfo to point static.jboss.org

    Description

      change the URL for avatar in logininfo to this format:
      //static.jboss.org/developer/people/pmuir/avatar/23.png

      Then avatar is served from Akamaized static.jboss.org and also there is no need to hard code https in the URL (I guess).
