Our SSO server do postlogin hook redirect into jive as part of login process to do some work there. If jive is unavailable then this call is skipped in nearly all cases (only some corner cases require it, so error message is shown in this cases).
Now we have to change this behaviour due T&C handling in jive. For service which requires T&C to be signed we have to redirect to jive all time or show error message if not available. We have to configure services with mandatory jive call in SSO server config.
