Can't publish edited documents which are initially authored by someone else

When I try to publish some modified document I get the error:
"Your content could not be saved due to an error. You may have been logged out. If this problem persists please contact your system administrator. Click here to refresh this page."
I can edit the document just fine, but I have the error when trying to publish.

It happened for this document:

And it happened for various users: theute, trong.tran, nttuyen266

I was able to successfully edit this other document: https://community.jboss.org/wiki/SimplifiedPageEditor
