Project filter items should never wrap.

If the project filter item has a longer description it can happen that the browser wraps the text (brake it into more lines) which makes the layout confusing and it can be hard to select options that are overlapping.

We need to make sure that "nowrap" css is applied on individual items in project filter.

Currently it happens on some platforms after "JBoss Developer Framework" and "Bean Validation" mail lists has been added.
