jquery function not called anymore - causing slideshows to fail and possibly more things

latest jboss.org update seem to have broken jquery $ related functions in project pages.

Both aerogear.org and jboss.org/tools uses

$(function()

;

to enable a slideshow.

At first I thought it was something we had updated on jboss.org/tools, but now both of those are now broken so must be something "higher".

One thing we noted is that jquery is imported twice with two different versions:
