Need an "All JBoss Community" group in JIRA

As it stands right now, I am stuck adding individual contributors one at a time to the FORGE and FORGEPLUGINS JIRA projects. It would be infinitely more scalable if we simply had a group that included all JBoss Community contributors, so that their permissions could be assigned as a whole.
