A paragraph is required to display the current members of a project team. The Project Lead is specified in JIRA but all other team members need to be entered manually since they change from time to time.

For a first version of the paragraph it's sufficient to only display the project lead and team members (people who spend the majority of their working days on the project including new people who may not have contributed anything yet). A second version could also show contributors who've made code, doc, wiki or forum contributions which can be obtained from jboss.org systems.
