Remove the dependency between Downloads paragraph's pop-up window and the SiteCatalyst JS code

Pop-up window in the Downloads paragraph depends on the SiteCatalyst JS code, especially on http://www.redhat.com/j/s_code.js - I don't remember how this originated, but this dependency is stupid and should be removed.
