Fisheye unable to index github.com repositories due SSL certificate problem

Fisheye shows this error for all github.com repositories
Unable to fetch from remote repository: https://github.com/errai/errai.git - [error: SSL certificate problem, verify that the CA cert is OK. Details:, error:14090086:SSL routines:SSL3_GET_SERVER_CERTIFICATE:certificate verify failed while accessing https://github.com/errai/errai.git/info/refs, , fatal: HTTP request failed]

Seems this is due new https://github.com SSL certificate signed by DigiCert CA.
Seems root certificate for this CA is not in JRE truststore, so we need to import it here.
