Fisheye contributors statistics plugin - alow comma escaping in 'Git Author Names' field

'Git Author Names' field from SBS is parsed by comma in this plugin. But sometimes comma is part of name (eg. lincoln baxter, iii), so there must be some escaping mechanism, ideally by backslash (eg. lincoln baxter\, iii).
