RTE: Header style and space problems

There are a couple new issues that are making the SBS editor really annoying to use.

Issue A
First, when I choose a "Header" style, the editor has been inserting a blank (header-sized) line before the text I write, so after I write my text I have to go back and erase that.

Issue B
Second, and perhaps more annoyingly, is that the space bar doesn't work consistently while editing documents. I was editing http://community.jboss.org/wiki/DataSourceConfigurationinAS7 and it was doing a weird thing where when I enter a word and hit space, the cursor would not advance with the space. I'd have to start typing the next word to make it move. Except sometimes it would just ignore the space and put the words right together so I would have to go back and insert the space again.
