Automatization of svn:ignore

It's irritating that with each new module we add to our build we have to set svn:ignore for .classpath, .settings, .project and target entries. The best would be to have global-ignores set on svn config but this is not an option in our environment. So, we just need some automatization of this svn:ignore process.
