    Description

      Problem

      Currently there is no form based experience for Export Application, additionally this feature should be exposed on the Add page.

      Goal

      Provide additional discoverability for the Export Application feature.

      Acceptance criteria:

      1. User is able to start the Export flow from the Add page (add entry to Add page and provide an Export App modal)
      2. Export Application in the Topology view should remain as well, but should use the same modal
      3. Capture telemetry events for Export application action
