      Problem:

      1. Currently if a user knows what they want to add, they are forced to either:
        1. (1) go to Add page -> (2) Click on Dev Catalog -> (3) enter search criteria -> (4) view search results OR
        2. (1) go to Topology page -> (2) Click on Search (although no discoverability for that ) -> (3) enter search criteria -> (4) view search results
      2. The "Details" tab of a failed PipelineRun includes the "Log snippet" , but it's not available on the "Logs" tab.

      Goals

      1. Users should be able to quickly search for items in our catalogs and create/start from the Add page
      2. User should be able to see the Log snippet of a failed PipelineRun from the Logs tab, not just the Details tab

      Acceptance criteria:

      1. The Add page should provide access to the same Quick Add/Search feature that we have available in topology
      2. The "Logs" tab of a failed PipelineRun should include the "Log snippet"
      3. The General tab of User Preferences should add a section for Routing options. The defaults should be: Secure Route by default, with Edge set for TLS termination and Redirect set for Insecure traffic.
      4. The routing options in the User Preferences should be used as defaults for routing options in Deploy Image & Import from git

      Dependencies (External/Internal):

      None

      Design Artifacts:

Frame in MIRO Board with proposed Add page design
