Description of problem: On Add page under create app using samples the samples changes from what was shown initially after loading.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Add page.
2. Notice the samples changing from what was shown initially
   under create an app using samples.

Actual results: After loading all the samples the samples changed from what was shown initially. See attachment.

Expected results: Samples should not change unexpectedly.
