Search resource dropdown do not autofocus the search field anymore

Description of problem:

When the user open the search and want filter for a specific resource the dropdown doesn't autofocus the "Select resource" filter textfield anymore (like in 4.7).

As workaround the user has the option to click on the search field manually.

Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):

None

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open search (in dev or admin perspective)
2. Click on "Resources"

Actual results:

The "Select resource" filter is not automatically focused

Expected results:

The "Select resource" filter should be automatically focused
