Application field suggested by the Quick Start when connecting an event source does not exist

Description of problem:

The "Exploring Serverless applications" Quick Start suggests this on the screen for connecting an event source to your Knative Service.

To connect an event source to your Knative Service:
...
...
In the Application field, select Sample Serverless App. 
...

However, this "Application field" or "Sample Serverless App" is not present on the given screen.
