3.X form edit features in 4.x for Builds, Deployment, Deployment Config and Route along with YAML.

1. Proposed title of this feature request

Edit Builds, Deployment, Deployment Config, and Route in Forms view along with YAML
2. What is the nature and description of the request?

• In 3.X the editing console for Builds, Deployment, deployment config and Routes can be edited both as a form (Edit link) and as YAML (Edit YAML link
• But in 4.X when we edit these resources we get the YAML. Also only a subset of a Deployment resource properties can be edited as a form through specific tabs.
• A Knowledge of YAML requires if we wanted to edit any of these components in 4.X.
• The customer doesn't wanna use YAML at all. Few components are given as form view like tags, annotations, Environment variables, etc. but many are missing like Image selection, Git URL change in Build Config, Change Route type, etc.
• The Customer wanted the same edit view as 3.X in 4.X.

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

• Customers have multiple people working on clusters, who are not experts in Kubernetes/OpenShift YAML resources that's why he need this feature in 4.X. 
• Customers have many impacts on the execution time of operations involving Builds, Deployment, DeploymentConfig and Route resources changes.
