Kubernetes NMState Operator failing to create bond interface

      Description of problem:

      The customer is trying to create bond using ens2f0 & ens2f1 & failing as the rollback occurs due to some reason

      Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

      NMSTATE on OCP v4.10

      How reproducible:

      Reproducible on customer env

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Use the NNCP shared by customer to apply for bond creation.
2. Next, check the logs for nmstate-handler & nnce
3. journal logs too shows that the rollback is happening due to some issue

      Actual results:

      The bond isn't up for the two interfaces

      Expected results:

      The bond should be created without issues & be up

      Additional info:

      The customer environment is disconnected & they face issue while sharing sosreport
