      Steps to Reproduce:

          1. Enable Pipeline console plugin
    2. Switch to dark mode
    3. Navigate to Pipeline details page and open Actions menu

      Actual results:

          Menu is not properly visible due to white background

      Expected results:

          Actions menu background color should be dark in dark mode
